AUTHOR COMMENTARY: This comic is where my editing skills picked up, as noted by Dr. Wily's labcoat and Dr. Evil holding his disguise. Also, I name any device that can alter space and time the "Phase Disorter" In which It should be "Distorter" (The error is now corrected), a name a picked up from Earthbound where near the end of the game the heroes literally bend all logic and turn into robots and sent through time. It later became a bit of a staple in my later comics.
Meanwhile, trouble arises in the busy streets....
AUTHOR COMMENTARY: If anyone's watched that Mega Man cartoon from the 90s, the robot masters's personalities were taken from that show.
